We had an awesome time last Thursday morning during Arts4Good's "Strategic Communications Planning" workshop at Girls Scouts of Gorgonio in Redlands. The event was part of the Fundraising Academy for Grassroots Organizations 12-week seminar for nonprofit leaders. Between 12-15 participants engaged in hands-on exercises aimed at creating awareness of the great work their organization is doing to make the Inland Empire a better place. We discussed the case for branding and marketing, before drafting a multi-year communications plan that would align with their agency's strategic objectives.
